This bra is tight in all the wrong places. It also runs SMALL. And the seams dig into you at every spot. Do not recommend for post-breast reduction use.This bra is GREAT after surgery. It’s very adjustable so it changes with you AND it is cushioned at the bottom of the cup so it holds and secures the breast line/incision areas very comfortably.My cup size is around 38C. I purchased a size Large bc of post-surgical swelling and I was able to wear it for my entire recovery.I used the sizing graph - I'm a 40C post surgical breast reduction - including swelling size. I ordered a 2X - I can get it on, but need to move a few ribs to keep it on - way to tight on already tender scars.Best post surgery bra, very supportive.
