So I ordered this set as a post breast augmentation surgical bra since I have to wear them for the next year. This is my 3rd order of these bra sets . My first two sets were a medium and a large because before surgery I was a medium but now I am not sure what size I am as i am only 1 week post op. I love this sports bra set I feel like I can wear them on the daily underneath scrubs and to the gym for sure. This is XXL. I am sore now so as healing progresses I will try in other sizes .
