A few years ago I purchased a similar book about a quilt project as a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness, so I was curious about this one. I was sent an e-mail about this quilt guild's unique fundraiser and contacted them for information on starting one. I finally remembered to buy the bookand I wasn't disappointed.Its an excellent commemorative book - sort of like a high-end auction or art show catalog. The presentation is strightforward and the photos sharp and well-suited. I was touched by many of the notes that went with each creation and encouraged as well that our event is and has been on the right track.It's also a brilliant way to not only encourage others who might want to try this type of fundraiser but to also raise funds for a very worthy cause.It was very much worth the price.
