This is my new favorite bra for working out in. It is just stretchy enough to move with me and not interfere with whatever I am doing. It gives me great support for all activities that I do. I don't run; so I can't speak to that. One aspect of this bra I have had to deal with is the zipper doesn't lay flat, but pouched out a bit. It's fine if I am wearing just the bra, but it looks a bit odd under a shirt. I don't wear this bra as my everyday bra because it is a bit too tight for that, but that is to be expected because this is a sports bra and not an everyday bra. The zipper stays up and locks in place and there are two hooks on the inside to ensure your modesty if the zipper should fail. I haven't had the zipper fail yet, but I still use the little hooks because I did had a zipper fail on another brand of bra without hooks that caused some embarrassment. I selected the size using the chart, and it fits just as I expected it to. I will be ordering this bra again.
